How to add a line between the widgets in your sidebar on Blogger?

We have a question from Dana Cherry: First of all, I love your blog!  I'm not exactly sure how to describe it, but on your blog you have those 2 faint peachy colored lines running all the way down on either side of your posts, separating them from the sidebars.  How do I achieve this through blogger?

Here is the answer. This tutorial shows you how to add a line between the widgets in your sidebar on Blogger. This can be altered in the Template Designer.

Adding a line in the Template Designer

1. From your blog’s home page, click TEMPLATE in the top left corner

2. Click the CUSTOMIZE button (underneath the preview of your blog). This opens up the Template Designer

3. Click ADVANCED, located in the list at the top left corner of the screen

4. Click ACCENTS - choose color according to your desire for 'Separator Line Color'  picking a color will automatically generate the hex number, or you can directly use whatever hex color value you would like.

5. Click APPLY TO BLOG

If this helped you, please let us know and share this post. Thanks :) Have a wonderful day!

  7. When I click on to ADVANCED, there is no ACCENTS section listed. I used to go into the EDIT HTML to change all my things, but now they have that new EDIT HTML page - I miss the old much!
